Terms and Conditions for Ceramic Painting Events and Children's Birthday Parties
**General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Ceramic Painting Events**
**1. Scope of Application**
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of ceramic painting events (e.g., birthdays, hen/stag parties, company parties, team events, private group events) conducted by *Dein Raum der Wünsche* outside of regular opening hours.
They apply to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
Children's birthdays and purely children's events are not part of these GTC and are subject to separate conditions.
**2. Conclusion of Contract**
Event bookings are made in writing via email.
The contract is concluded upon written booking confirmation via email by *Dein Raum der Wünsche*.
**3. Services**
The scope of services is determined by the respective event description and includes, in particular, the provision of ceramic blanks, paints, tools, instructions, and the firing of the painted ceramics, unless otherwise agreed.
The event duration is up to 3 hours.
**4. Prices and Payment**
All prices are in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax, if applicable.
The total amount is due no later than the day of the event.
*Dein Raum der Wünsche* reserves the right to request a deposit or advance payment for certain bookings (e.g., larger groups, exclusive dates, corporate events, or short-notice inquiries). The amount and due date will be agreed upon in writing in such cases.
**5. Number of Participants and Minimum Price**
For events outside opening hours, a minimum number of 6 participants and a minimum price of €240 apply.
An additional €40 will be charged for each additional person.
The final number of participants must be communicated at least 5 days before the event and is decisive for billing.
**6. Cancellation and Withdrawal**
Cancellations by the customer are only possible in writing via email.
* Up to 14 days before the event: free of charge
* Up to 7 days before the event: 50% of the event costs
* Less than 7 days before the event or no-show: 100% of the event costs
Payments already made will be offset accordingly.
**7. Delays and No-Shows**
Delays by participants do not entitle them to an extension of the event duration or price reductions.
No-show participants will be charged in full.
**8. Liability and Damages**
Participation in ceramic painting is at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for soiling of clothing or personal belongings. It is recommended to wear insensitive clothing.
The customer is liable for intentionally or negligently caused damage to ceramics, tools, or furnishings.
**9. Duty of Supervision**
In mixed groups with minors, the duty of supervision rests with the respective legal guardians or accompanying adults.
**10. Firing Process and Collection**
The ceramics will be fired after the event. Due to the artisanal firing process, isolated cracks, glaze defects, or deformations may occur. These do not constitute a defect.
Collection is by appointment within 1-2 weeks. Uncollected ceramics may be disposed of after a reasonable period.
**11. Photo and Video Recordings**
Photo or video recordings may be made during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, the customer agrees to this, unless expressly objected to in advance or during the event.
**12. Final Provisions**
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

**General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Children's Birthday Parties - Ceramic Painting**
**1. Scope of Application**
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all children's birthday events
(hereinafter "Children's Birthday Parties") conducted by *Dein Raum der Wünsche*.
Participation is possible for children aged approximately 6 years and older.
These GTC apply in addition to the general event GTC and exclusively for
children's events.
**2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract**
The booking of a Children's Birthday Party is made in writing via email.
The contract is concluded upon written confirmation by *Dein Raum der Wünsche*.
**3. Services and Duration**
The Children's Birthday Party includes:
* Provision of ceramic blanks
* Paints, materials, and tools
* Age-appropriate instruction and supervision
* Firing service for the painted ceramics
The duration of the Children's Birthday Party is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
**4. Prices and Payment**
The fixed price is €150 for up to 6 children.
Outside opening hours, €200 for up to 8 children.
An additional €25 will be charged for each additional child.
The total amount is due no later than the day of the event.
*Dein Raum der Wünsche* reserves the right to request a
deposit or advance payment for certain dates or bookings. The amount and due date will be communicated in writing in such cases.
**5. Number of Participants**
The number of participants specified at the time of booking is binding.
Changes to the number of participants must be communicated at least 5 days before the date and
are relevant for billing.
**6. Duty of Supervision**
During the entire Children's Birthday Party, at least one adult supervisor must be
present.
The duty of supervision remains at all times with the legal guardians or the accompanying
supervisor.
The staff of *Dein Raum der Wünsche* do not assume educational supervision,
but exclusively lead the creative activity.
**7. Conduct and Safety**
Children must follow the instructions of the staff.
In the event of grossly disruptive or dangerous behavior, a child may be excluded from the activity.
In such a case, there is no entitlement to a refund.
**8. Liability and Clothing**
Participation is at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for soiling of clothing or personal belongings.
